Summary

To more effectively and transparently highlight Builder DAO’s US organizational structure and related legal obligations for prospective members, this proposal, if enacted, would add the following disclosures to the “About” section of Builder DAO’s homepage on the Nouns Builder interface. The short form disclosure on the “About page” links to longer form disclosures on the DAO’s Discourse page that summarize the DAO’s Unincorporated Nonprofit Association structure originally described in Builder DAO’s Launch Proposal.
