TLDR;
This proposal funds Farcaster sponsor track for ETHMumbai, first Ethereum hackathon in Mumbai and second biggest eth hackathon in India, happening during 29 - 31 March 2024. The event is hosted by Local Public, group of people in Mumbai, coming together to build from our city, inspired by ETHRome, ETHChicago, and ETHBarcelona and glad to be learning and supported by them. The proposal is for the sponsor budget of $5,000 USD.

Description
ETHMumbai will be the first ever ethereum hackathon in the heart of Mumbai, both share the same spirit of freedom and opportunities. Founders from Mumbai include Polygon, Push Protocol, Buidlers Tribe and we are creating more opportunities for stronger ethereum projects to be built out of this hackathon.
The hackathon will have 300+ hackers and 200+ floating footfall of attendees including speakers, special guests, mentors, and industry leaders. It will have 40+ hours of coding, 10+ hours of IRL workshops, 20+ hours of online workshops, 100+ expected projects, and $100,000+ in bounties.
The hackathon will have 3 major tracks: Privacy, Social, DeFi. This gives us the opportunity to maximize clients on top of Farcaster during the hackathon. We will also have share guides and ideas with developers to help them unique clients.
Budget
We are proposing sponsorship 2.5 ETH of which:
- 1.5 ETH will be distributed as bounties to top projects in Farcaster sponsor track
- 1 ETH will be used for logistics which includes: online and on-ground branding, conducting workshops, team working to create track guide for hackers
ETHMumbai has a wallet address with ens ethmumbai.eth, which will be used to store and transfer funds for the event, as necessary.
Judging
We think the best judges for Farcaster sponsor track will be the developers who have built several apps already in the Farcaster ecosystem. Judging criteria will be set in the month of January 2024 and we will reach out to all the amazing developers on Farcaster to understand who can take part in this.
