Keyon is an platinum selling producer that has worked with Rihanna and many other world class artists, and has also worked with PleasrDAO as Creative Director of Once Upon a Time in Shaolin.
Spores launched it's DAO on Nouns Builder a few days ago. The funds from this proposal will be transferred directly to the DAOs treasury.

On Chain: Web3 runs in the background of every spore device. The remix DNA itself is cataloged on chain, making the best use of web3 to fuel a new era for sound propagation.
With Apple recently releasing Apple Sing and TikTok releasing StemDrop, web2 corporations are betting that the market is about to open far and wide for user generated remixes.
We believe Spores is the most bleeding edge approach in this category and we have a major advantage by using web3 tech.

Our symbols create a new way to register an infinite amount of remixes on chain:
Symbols: A unique system of symbols designed by Wednesday Studio. Each symbol is the visual fingerprint of a user generated remix: an intuitive way to visually signify the choice of stems, effects and sequence of sounds a user played with to create their remix.
The art itself will carry cultural currency for the owner. Ownership incentivizes the creation and approval of DAO proposals that spreads the spores meme, future grants to devs, and future development for a physical spore device.
Season 1
The Zorb-Spores mint: a revolutionary new music player that uses Zora’s Zorb NFT as input into the Spores interface giving Zorb holders unique effects to remix songs.
Zorb holders will be able to mint their own unique Zorb-Spores.

Treasury
We will use the DAO treasury to fund the development of Season 1: dev hires, team salaries, and any other funds solely for the development of Spores technology and music. Here are our goals below:
- 12 ETH to support the Spores team for continued development
- 3 ETH for a dev contractor to help with the Zorb-Spore mint
- 5 ETH for Spores Studios (mixing, mastering, of the music we release)
