# Bernardo Nassar Sponsorship propososal

***TL;DR***

Proposal for a 6-months sponsorship. Workshops and Meetups at athlete training centers throughout the state. Live coverage during two of the biggest swells of the season, documentary-style videos in 16:9 format showcasing action and workshops, and reels throughout the period.

This is the updated version of my previous proposal. I received a lot of feedback from the community, carefully analyzed each one, and revised my proposal. For example, I removed the request for repairs and equipment acquisition and chose to hire audiovisual professionals instead. This was one of the suggestions I received, and I decided to follow it. I believe this will be better for me as an athlete because it will allow me to produce more content, chase bigger waves and swells, and focus much more on my performance.

## About Me

I am Bernardo Nassar, I'm 33 years old, I'm an extreme wave bodyboarder, content producer. One of those responsible for putting the state of Espírito Santo on the radar of the most extreme waves in the world.

Founder and creator of the NXF Bodyboard Team, responsible for discovering Avalanche and showcasing the untapped wave potential in ES. Trailblazers in big waves within the state. Administrator of NXF social media platforms.

Throughout my career as a bodyboarder and content producer, I have always focused media on behalf of the NXF team, even while leading. However, I have a large portfolio of production available at the link below as well.

## "Web3 + Extreme Sports = GNARS"

-  Workshop "Web3 + Sports = GNARS" 

The workshops will be held at bodyboard and surf schools, where I will bring Gnars culture to aspiring athletes, aiming to enhance their onboard skills. **Other targets include the Neymara Carvalho Institute** (Neymara is a five-time world bodyboard champion), **CT Nogueira** (Training center of the ten-time state bodyboard champion), and a meetup at "WeBelieve Hub," the meetup will be the last event because the idea is to bring together athletes from local schools and the crypto community from other areas, boosting Gnars' presence in the sports scene within our state.

The work at CT Nogueira will be more focused on finding gnarly athletes and onboarding them to the DAO. 
For Neymara institue the work will be more focused on social impact, web3 knowledge, the relevance of speaking english, making a good presentations, proposals and how my work, during time at the dao, helped me to improve this skills, not even on web3 but also my athlete carrer. 

In the workshops, we'll start by explaining Web3 in general. Then, I'll delve into an explanation of what GNARS is. Following that, we'll explore the OnBoard journey: How to create a wallet, what an NFT is and its purpose, what "noggles" are, the objectives of GNARS, using Discord, and how to create an NFT on Zora.

The content produced will focus on my personal profile on Instagram, using the "collaborative post" tool to reach a larger audience, along with the profiles **@nxfslab, @gnarsdao, and @surfgurupro**, which collectively reach approximately **71 thousand followers**. Additionally, there is an opportunity with one of the largest Bodyboard profiles in the world, **@we.bodyboard,** where I've had some posts shared, boasting over **147 thousand followers**. One shared post with them garnered over **840 thousand views.**

**The videos focusing on actions** both in and out of the water, workshops, and meetups will adopt a **documentary-style** format, with a duration ranging from **5 to 7 minutes**. These videos will feature action scenes, naturally, but will also include footage from workshops and meetups discussing Gnars and onboarding new community members. They will also be featured prominently on the NXF Slab Channel.

Furthermore, i'll will make press releases for media partners: Surfguru (the **biggest surf channel in Brazil**), two **local media outlets**: Folha Vitória and A Gazeta, and other national media.

In Web3, I've been posting my content that would typically be "reels" on Instagram, minting them on **Zora**, and sharing them on **FarCaster**. For longer videos, I'll be using **3Speak TV**.

**Even before the proposal passes**, we're already producing content in the format suggested here, with the **GNARS logo always showing** in the bottom left corner of the screen.

This initiative has gotten attention from **various local traditional media** outlets and is now being directed to crypto media, **highlighting GNARS'** important role in carrying on the work.

* 5 videos showing the resume off the month action, and showing the workshops and meetup's.

* Directing 20% of Surfhive post revenue to Gnars (currently at 5%)
* Offering a day of surfing or sightseeing to any user who owns 1 or more Gnars, providing photos and videos. Also, welcoming any community member on trips we take to connect with the local community and/or spend a day surfing together.



## Gnarly Lives

We'll make a great live on a really big swell on ***Gnars instagram***, that will be presented by **@zimadrp**, on top of a jetski, during one hour or more (denpends of the audience). The ideia is make one live at the Avalanche wave, and the second at the "Coral do Céu", or another big slab.

# Financial Proposal: Six Months Sponsorship

* 1k USD -  Editing for the 5 Videos 16:9, *200 USD per video*, these videos will have between 5 and 7 minutes, the videos will be between 5 to 7 minutes long. In them, we will talk about the preparation for surfing, tracking the weather forecast, the action itself, and also show the dynamics of the workshops and meetups.
* 600 USD - 20 Reels - 30 usd per video;
* 1.8k USD - 15 days of underwater video maker services, 120 usd daily;
* 200 USD - 5 days of videomakers for interviews, supplementary footage, and workshop footage, 40 usd daily; 
* 1.340k USD - Rental fuel, boat rental, and jet rental for production. 
* 164 USD - Rent a Gnarly Live jetski;
* 280 USD - MERCH;
* 600 USD - Organization of 2 Workshops, maybe 3 (as i mentioned above, i am still negotiating with the championship organization.) and Meetups.

**Total Proposal: 5.984k USD**

*This represents 997 USD per month for the entire delivery. It's less than 33 dollars per day during this 180 days.*
