Purple

### tl;dr
Purple was created to proliferate Farcaster, but many people who use Farcaster regularly don’t know about it!  We want to create a quiz frame with rewards to help spread awareness of Purple.  This will hopefully increase unique holders of Purple tokens and increase the amount of bids per auction.

### Background

There are many communities that exist on Farcaster, and Purple is the only one meant to proliferate the protocol.  Unfortunately Purple isn’t top-of-mind for many Farcasters, which can be seen in [auctions](https://nouns.build/dao/base/0x8de71d80eE2C4700bC9D4F8031a2504Ca93f7088/673?tab=activity) (which mainly get 1 bid/auction) and [proposals](https://nouns.build/dao/base/0x8de71d80eE2C4700bC9D4F8031a2504Ca93f7088/673?tab=activity) (of which we don’t have many).

Most of the engaged communities on Farcaster have people continually casting about them, and we’d like to create some engagement and incentives that get people to cast more about Purple.

We propose to create a quiz frame that has the following characteristics:

* Easily shareable
* Rewards users for their interaction
* Teaches users about Purple

### The Ask
We ask for 1 ETH total:

* 0.1 ETH to the Percs team to manage/execute the quiz
* 0.1 ETH to links to write questions/submit proposal to purple
* 0.8 ETH to be distributed to users who submit/share the quiz
