Kicking off later this month, NEONCHAIN Summer is a 10-week art series featuring 10 standout creators from the Farcaster ecosystem. Each one will be commissioned to produce an original piece in their own style and medium, all riffing on the same prompt:

Each week, one artist will take the spotlight. Their art will be minted on Base and will become the centerpiece for a special BETRMINT round — earning them exposure, creator rewards, and a whole new wave of attention from our growing community on Farcaster.

We will also be hosting a weekly NEONCHAIN Summer Livestream on X and Retake.tv , featuring the spotlighted artist. 

About BETRMINT: 

BETRMINT is a mini app that turns the act of supporting onchain creators by collecting their work into a game of chance inside a Farcaster mini app.

BETRMINT is designed to be win-win-win:
* Collectors get dopamine and dollar dollar bills
* Creators get paid and promoted
* Sponsors get cultural alignment and strategic token distribution — while fueling the onchain art movement. 
How Can Purple Help?

To fund the 10 week campaign, we have set a goal to raise 6 ETH, which will go to fund prize pools of Farcaster-native, Base tokens to start the neon flywheel spinning and fund our featured artists.       

We have support pledged from generous sponsors such as Base, Degen, Noice and more. Asking for a grant of 1 ETH from Purple DAO to help get us closer to our goal.  In exchange, Purple will be a Premiere Sponsor for the 10 week campaign alongside Base and Degen, beginning July 14, and receive:
