I’m a huge fan of Warpcast channels and their underlying infrastructure known as FIP-2. FIP-2 remains a largely uncharted territory, and I’m eagerly looking forward to acknowledging and celebrating developers for their ingenuity in harnessing FIP-2, whether it’s for something whimsical and offbeat or a practical, everyday application.

Channel represents a new paradigm for web3 social. We should absolutely support more experiments in that area.

There was a tangible difference to be felt in the Farcaster network before and after the launch of channels. I’ve noticed and interacted with many new faces after their addition, and we should try to keep that energy going.

Channels have great potential for developers, already love the versions: Reddit, Discord, Telegram. All builders deserve to get grants to build and grow Farcaster as it also goes permissionless soon.

Very bullish on FIP-2 -- both what it's already done and what it can still unlock. I think this is a great way to not only get even more built on FIP-2, but also to help the Warpcast team in their efforts to accelerate the growth of channels and quality DAUs.

Channels are the best infrastructure currently available to foster and build online communities in a way that encourages high-quality conversations anchored around specific topics, places, or groups; channels as an onboarding approach, specifically for a new influx of users, is one I will bet on — and I also have strong conviction in the Farcaster team's own instincts on the importance of channels.
