tl:dr: Fund a web3 adjacent Music Festival that promotes the real value of builder and nounish dao's, in collaboration with Petty Fest DAO local art collective.
Summary: Portion Club DAO looks to throw its second official Petty Festival, with hopes of building a bridge between the URL & IRL communities. The festival itself will be booked and handled by PC DAO members, while also other members will be preforming and displaying 3D and AR art during the event. The goal is to take whats being built onchain and bring it to a space familiar and enjoyed by all, introducing new faces to the DAO ecosystem while also accomplishing the core values of PC DAO, at a time where SF/Bay area needs a positive boost of cultural value. The entire event will be geared towards tastefully introducing individuals to the capabilities of a Nounish DAO. The icing on the cake, a builder themed carnival esc dunk tank that will allow on chain and irl purchases to make attempts to dunk Portion Club DAO members, the entire event will be filmed photographed and used as a positive beacon towards our Builder DAO ecosyetm

Builder Proliferation
The plan to point the event particapants towards the proliferation of Builder DAO is to offer an On-Chain ticket via Zora Open Editions that is a Builder DAO branded "Portion". The ticket will count as IRL admission to the event. There will also be a builder watermarked stream available day of, the watermark will be clickable and lead to The Portion CLub Builder DAO page. The campaign will be memes & posters that will be spread out untill the day of the event. The irl part of the event will have a dunk tank with a branded poster of this Portion, Portion Club members will be in the dunk tank, and holders of the on-chain ticket will be given an attempt to dunk the member. As always the nounish branded $coops cart will be there as the Ice Cream Social on-boarding success as it has come to be known. As a final attempt to bridge the connection between onboarding new artists to our DAO and the Builder DAO ecosystem as a whole, we will be offering a sign-up for later date sessions on "What Is Builder" "All You Have To Do is Show Up" "How To Mint A Song" tutorial through the DAO.
