This is my proposal so I abstain but I would value feedback from the DAO as I think this is an important proposal for the growth of the DAO.

This is an excellent Proposal that leverages our strengths, our DAOs, to address our biggest weakness, Protocol Growth. We do an objectively poor job at proliferation. We have no memes. No one proudly shares our DAOs achievements. We don't spread our value prop outside of our own echo chamber. Our growth metrics are not good by software or protocol standards. We need to take action by leveraging the talent and parallel execution of our membership, such as this Proposal. Where we do effectively raise awareness about the benefits and opportunities of using Nouns.build is through our DAOs. DAOs such as Purple and the Park, among others proudly talk about Nouns Builder and it's benefits. We have introduced so many people to Nouns Builder, some who have gone on to start there own DAOs, such as Base Management. Our DAOs and their stories are the best messengers. This Proposal recognizes this. Protocol updates, fees and new revenue sources will have limited impact if social entraprenuers are not excited about Nounish DAOs. The most important thing we can deploy our Treasury on is trying to bootstrap the flywheel of entraprenuers creating new DAOs, having success, talking about it and inspiring others to create their own. This does not happen by itself. We need to build momentum. We build momentum by talking about & demonstrating what is working. This proposal is custom fit to make an impact on our Growth problem. It is also one of the few times I've seen anyone suggest that highlighting our successful DAOs is the best way to grow the protocol; a strategy that I hope is obvious to our entire membership. As the longest tenured Founder using nouns.build it can often feel like BuilderDAO does not recognize or appreciate our importance as the main proliferation vector. I encourage the Membership to act like Founders and focus on the primary thing that matters; Growth. This is an excellent Proposal, opening the door for us to better support our DAOs in a way that directly benefits BuilderDAO. We should have a growth mindset and be Positive Sum collaborators with our DAOs.

We do need more awareness of great projects that have emerged from Builder. This might be a very high polished way of making that happen.

While the DAO does need to do some thinking around marketing and distribution, I think the proposed content is value-aligned and evergreen enough to fit in with that strategy. DAO profiles are an excellent feature that demonstrates to potential users how they can create powerful online communities. A short, well-made video that encompasses what we do at builder and what the product is has a great shot at increasing adoption. Deebee, thanks for taking my questions into account and sharing a detailed visual treatment in Discord. I'm really excited to see where this goes!

Although we do want to be careful wtih funding in this moment and work towards stretching our budget, I do think this scaled down version is worth the experiment to see if this can drive more attention and interest in Nouns Builder and BuilderDAO.

I really love how artfully crafted the phases of this project are, and the opportunity it provided to get to know deebee while discussing it. That's why it's difficult to cast my votes against. Without any marketing talent active in the DAO--a discussion that has been coming up a lot lately--I feel it's not the right time to create content without a plan or person to put it out into the world. I'd really like to come back to it when we have marketing expertise in place. I've placed my decision-making rubric results at @zamees on X.

I do have some doubts on distribution but this seems like an opportunity we should take while the energy is there. I’m excited for us to share the stories of our most successful DAOs and I think the DAOs themselves can help proliferate these videos in their own ways once the content is produced. let’s make it happen
