I propose that BASED DAO implement multisig wallets on the treasury.

Proposal Details : BASED DAO will delegate 3 wallets on multisig wallets, with the scheme like below :

1. 1 wallets will be assigned to founder and 2 among the core team
2. 2 of 3 wallet can release the transactions
3. Founder wallet and (wallet number 1 or wallet number 2)

Benefits: Risk Management is the most fundamental aspect of every project whether onchain or offchain. Multisig wallets bring more safety on treasury, to avoid misuse of the fund. Furthure more, by implement multisig wallets, Dao will bring more trust among the holder
