NounsDAO Africa

Nouns DAO Africa seeks to build a bridge from Nouns into Africa, and provide a place where builders from different backgrounds and cultures work together into a cohesive whole to create and promote public goods in Africa.

Actions by our DAO are funded by daily NFT auctions at [http://www.africa.wtf/](http://www.nounsdaoafrica.wtf/), as well as grants from NounsDAO and other resources. We are on the [base network](https://www.base.org/) to bring the advantages of L2 to our ecosystem.

**How do I participate?**

There are two levels of participation: DAO Voters & NDAfrica Builders.

You become an **NDAfrica DAO Voter** by purchasing an NDAfrica NFT at Auction. DAO voters have a governance vote, can submit proposals, and can vote on Prop House rounds and other funding models.

You are an **NDAfrica Builder** if you help organize, build, and/or promote projects that bring Nounish Public Goods to Africa.

NDAfrica is a permissionless DAO – all you need to do is organize your squad and make something happen.

- Our artwork is based on works by artists around the world.
- One token is auctioned off every 24 hours, forever.
- 100% of auction proceeds are automatically sent to the treasury.
- Our DAO uses nouns.build, a protocol for building Nouns DAO forks.
- One token is equal to one vote.
- The treasury is controlled exclusively by token holders.
