Join us in Bangkok for DEVCON 2024 as the Gnars team engages with the crypto community and captures key moments from the conference. We will produce high-quality audiovisual content, including interviews, event highlights, and a documentary focused on skateboarding and local culture. Our team will actively participate in the conference, networking with Web3 professionals, and pursuing NFT sales goals for Gnars. Additionally, we will host a side event at our skate house, integrating skateboarding into the crypto dialogue. All content will be made available on-chain to support the expansion of Gnars.

## Project Objectives:

- **Documenting DEVCON Bangkok 2024:** Capture the essence of the event with dynamic coverage, including talks, workshops, and interviews with leaders and enthusiasts in the cryptocurrency industry. Our team will be actively involved, documenting not just the content of the sessions, but also the energy and engagement of participants, creating a comprehensive visual narrative of the event.

- **Produce "Gnars in Bangkok" Mini Documentary:** Create a high-quality mini documentary that captures the key moments of DEVCON 2024 and our side events, blending interviews and skateboarding activities. We'll generate and distribute visual content such as photos, videos, and GIFs, making it all available on-chain across Gnars platforms. Additionally, we'll provide live coverage of the event's opening, closing, and significant highlights on Instagram and Discord, keeping the community engaged with real-time updates.

- **Exploring Thai Culture and the Global Reach of Gnars:** Beyond the conference, delve into Thailand's rich culture, traditions, and landscapes. Conduct Q&A sessions with locals from diverse backgrounds, focusing on their views on blockchain and highlighting the global impact of Gnars and Noggles. ### Proposed Itinerary:
**Logistics for the Gnars Team:**

* Arrival in Bangkok: November first/second week
* Stay in Bangkok: Before DEVCON Bangkok 2024, we’ll explore the city and capture skateboarding footage. During the event, we’ll be based near the venue with Nounish partners. On November 18, we’ll drive two hours to the Skate House for a special gathering and mini-event with attendees. We’ll then spend two days at a beach area before returning to Brazil on November 23.

As athletes and builders within the Gnars/Nouns community, we see our presence at DEVCON Bangkok 2024 as a groundbreaking opportunity. Our team of artists, skateboarders, and surfers brings a fresh, innovative perspective that’s unlike anything Gnars has done before. - **Networking Opportunities:** One of our primary goals is to establish strong connections within the crypto and blockchain industry. In-person interactions at events like DEVCON allow us to build meaningful relationships with industry leaders, enthusiasts, and potential collaborators. - **Content Creation:** We aim to create engaging content that captures the essence of our experience at DEVCON. This includes filming "Funny Taks" interactive Q&A sessions about the Gnars/Nouns ecosystem, vlog-style videos, and showcasing our adventures. This content not only promotes Gnars but also provides valuable insights and entertainment to our community and followers.

- **Brand Visibility:** Wearing and promoting Gnars merchandise, such as Noggles boards, keychains, and stickers, at the event will help us spread awareness about our brand. Our goal is to leave a lasting impression, ensuring that Gnars is remembered long after the event concludes.

- **Merch up:** Our plan is to bring a suitcase filled with Gnars and Nouns products, including stickers, recycled Noggles keychains, and Noggles boards, to distribute to event participants. We’ll engage the community through "Funny Talks," interactive Q&A sessions about Gnars/Nouns, using these items to spark conversations. Our primary goal is to sell as many Gnars NFTs as possible during the conference, aiming for around 100 sales by encouraging the exchange of Noggles/Gnars products in conjunction with NFT purchases.

For audiovisual, surfing and skateboarding enthusiasts, the city boasts renowned skateparks such as Pumptrack Bangkok and Hua Mak Skatepark, as well as the iconic Sathorn Unique Tower. Public parks like Lumphini and Benjasiri are excellent for skateboarding, while urban areas like Siam Square offer smooth surfaces and urban obstacles. In addition to skateboarding, Bangkok offers many unique cultural activities. Visit floating markets such as Damnoen Saduak and Amphawa for an authentic shopping experience directly from the boats. Explore lesser-known temples such as Wat Saket (Temple of the Golden Mountain) and Wat Ratchanatdaram, which offer unique architecture and panoramic views. Discover vibrant night markets such as Rod Fai Market and Asiatique The Riverfront, which combine shopping, street food and entertainment.

Our journey to DEVCON Bangkok 2024 presents a unique opportunity for Gnars. We’ll document the event, capturing keynotes, panels, interviews, and networking activities, all compiled into appealing content capsules. Post-DEVCON, we’ll capture our time at the Skate House, including a two-day gathering and mini-event, along with cultural and skateboarding imagery from stunning Thai landscapes. All visual content will be made available on-chain for NFT minting. We’ll also engage our community with live IG sessions during the event. Additionally, we’re seeking partnerships to maximize exposure, including applying for discounted and free tickets, in case we are able to save this money it will be invested into media promotion.
