hello!

We have been reading the reason for the no votes in our [now cancelled proposal](https://nouns.build/dao/base/0xe8af882f2f5c79580230710ac0e2344070099432/vote/14) and have decided to resubmitted, narrowing the scope of the proposal, and reducing the ask from 20 ETH to 3 ETH.

As a brief re-introduction we are the team behind [Sellout](https://sellout.energy), a protocol and platformed designed to produce sold out shows for musicians. We deployed the protocol on Zora Network and you can watch a demo of an early version of the product [here](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TDsaBdy4Luw).

Building the protocol and platform has been a labor of love of [taayyohh](https://github.com/taayyohh/) so far, having been the sole engineer to write the protocol, indexer, subgraph, metadata service, ipfs service, and front end. taayyohh was the first front end engineer on the Nouns Builder project, helped open source the repo and built this very transaction builder we are using to submit the proposal.

We want to govern our protocol using Builders infrastructure, but we want to do so natively in our application so we are planning to write an sdk, hooks, and a components library, essentially rewriting a lot of what exists here at nouns.build, but in a modular way that any developer can use. And so comes our ask!

We are looking for 3 ETH to accomplish the goal of writing and open sourcing a nouns-builder sdk and react hooks package that use viem 2.0+, wagmi 2.0+, are wallet provider agnostic, and can support usage by [Smart Accounts](https://www.erc4337.io/).

For those who voted no on the previous proposal due to existing tools in the ecosystem -- this is a screenshot of

- @nouns-builder-components - is rather heavy at 2.89mb and has dependencies we rather not include in our bundle (i.e zoralabs/zord)
- @public-assembly/builder-utils - is an excellent repo! But exports functions to be called by EOAs instead of configs that can be called by EOAs or Smart Accounts
- @builder-bundle - not compatible with NextJS repos
- @buildersdk/sdk - is not documented / hasn't been supported in years

We have requested this ETH be sent to [our own Nouns Dao Treasury](https://nouns.build/dao/zora/0x6b46f6b40ed5c7c55fad4f88a60b4f879dc01e52/51?tab=contracts) so we can make proposals to demonstrate the Builder infrastructure for our community.

Sellout is [v4](https://backdropbuild.com/builds/sellout) and [v5](https://backdropbuild.com/builds/sellout-lending) Backdrop build finalist and is at the bleeding edge of consumer crypto. We allow for gasless minting of albums as Zora 1155s, and are actively working to bring our circle of musicians around the globe onchain. Funding this proposal will be a step forward in proliferating Builder protocol and demonstrating how it can be used in the context of social consumer crypto applications.
