Description

This proposal seeks to renew funding for the Operations Working Group within the DAO, including an UNA Administrator role, funding for tax advisory and compliance, and operational stipends for group members. This initiative will strengthen the DAO’s compliance, operational efficiency, and strategic planning, ensuring a robust foundation for future growth.

Summary

The proposal outlines the establishment and funding of:

  • Tax Advisory and Compliance Fund: Ensures access to professional legal and tax services.
  • Operations Working Group: A team of three members plus the two UNA Administrators focused on managing DAO operations, grant writing, compliance, and planning.

Each of the three non-administrator members of the Operations working group will receive the ETH equivalent of $1,000 USDC per month for a 6-month term.

The UNA Administrator will receive the ETH equivalent of $3000 per month. The tax advisory request is $21,600 for the 2024/2025 tax liability analysis and prep.
