**Descriptive Title**  
Sustaining Nounish BuilderDAO: A Mile-High Gathering at ETHDenver

**Summary**  
This dinner will bring together Nouns Builder DAO contributors, including figures like Nounish Prof. (Builder DAO), Chris Carella (Purple DAO Founder), and Derek G Taylor (The Park DAO founder), and others to discuss the sustainability of the ecosystem in light of the transition of Zora's support. The evening will be an opportunity to strategize on keeping Nouns Builders active and explore potential partnerships to maintain momentum. 

**Proposal (The Ask)**  
We request funding to host a structured yet intimate dinner experience at Dio Mio in the RiNo Arts District of Denver. This dinner, designed for approximately 30 attendees, will serve as a focused convening space for Builders, DAO members, and creatives to engage in open dialogue about the ecosystem's next steps. The discussion will center on how we can keep Builders thriving, identify new funding avenues, and ensure the continued growth of the BuilderDAO ecosystem. The location is in the heart of the arts district, and the venue is the same owners as last year's The Park pop-up at Redeemer Pizza during ETHDenver 2024 featuring Trevor Traynor’s replica Newsstand.

A community dinner is more than just a shared meal. This dinner is critical for the future of the Nouns Builder ecosystem. Gathering key contributors together in person in an inclusive and idea-driven setting reinforces our commitment to sustaining onchain innovation and strengthening our collaborative infrastructure. By bringing people together in an open and inclusive setting, this event strengthens relationships, encourages the exchange of ideas, and reinforces the core values of the Builders DAO. 

**Accountability**

* Funds will be spent on food, beverages, the venue, & signature branding in the menu/cocktail tailored to the vibe and restaurant to enhance the experience.   
- $4750 Dinner, Wine, Signature cocktail for approx 30 ppl  
- $1218 ($950 \+ $268) Tax and Tip for the Restaurant service.   
- $250 Printed branding  
- $500 Pre-production for the local The Park DAO member in Denver while working with the local restaurant “Dio Mio” on logistics, fine-tuning, Menu creation, and VIP invitations.

* The goal is to connect locals and visit the Onchain community of developers and artists for a family-style dinner of forward-thinking conversation, inclusive engagement, progressive thinking, and the building of like-minded folks.   
* The Park is always open to discussing, recapping, and continuing in any Q\&A for Builder DAO members who attend or those who won't be at ETHDenver but would love to know a recap of the event. 

**Treasury Impact**  
We are requesting 2.5 ETH

**Transparency**  
All requested funds will go directly toward executing this dinner and ensuring a valuable outcome for the BuilderDAO ecosystem. Local to coordinate will be Trevor Traynor (The Park DAO, Energy DAO) with assistance from Derek G Taylor  (The Park DAO, Builder DAO, Purple DAO, Energy DAO) and David T Phung (The Park DAO, Purple DAO, Energy DAO)
