what happens in 4 months? Another prop? There needs to be a plan made before the dao spends this much, imo. 1/4th the treasury is not the move even with OP added in. It's completely irresponsible and makes me think most folks would like to admin Builder DAO to zero. Really feels bad to watch from the outside. But I'm told I dont know anything about builder dao bc i only show up once every 4mo, so do you, guys :shrug:

I am very supportive of this team and the work they are doing, but would prefer to see us focus our technical efforts elsewhere to prioritize the sustainability of keeping them on board long-term. I've discussed this in the Builder Guild call as well as with Ben directly.

Thank you all for your votes - very much appreciate the honesty I hear the concerns around the longer-term plan and revenue. Let’s work together to shape what comes after these next 4 months. The last residency period was focused largely on the Zora handover and cleaning up a lot of outdated or buggy code. Now, with the team building some solid momentum, I’m hopeful we can work together to find a path toward long-term sustainability. The roadmap is definitely flexible: we can keep the product moving forward as a strong baseline while also putting more focus toward sustainability, long-term planning, and revenue generation.

The guys doing a good work, we need to continue working on updates to keep the DAOs innovating
