Summary

This proposal requests continued funding for Satori as the solo Community Resident for Builder DAO from July through December 2025.

In previous terms, this role was shared with Prof Werder, who is now stepping back from her official capacity within Builder. Over the past two terms, Satori has taken on an increasing share of day-to-day operations and responsibilities from Prof. The goal is to ensure Builder DAO continues to operate smoothly and provide support for contributors and communities building on the protocol.

Role Responsibilities

As Community Resident, I support Builder DAO and the broader ecosystem through a range of responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations for the Builder DAO Discord, Farcaster channel, and X account
• Respond to support inquiries across Discord (general and support tickets), Farcaster, X, and DMs
• Publish the Builder Buzz newsletter and share governance updates, calls-to-action, and ecosystem news to drive participation
• Facilitate proposal discussions, host bi-weekly Builder DAO meetings, and boost governance engagement
• Hold 1:1 meetings with DAO members to provide guidance and support
• Coordinate proposal reviews, technical feedback, and initiative alignment with the Tech Pod and broader community
• Summarize and publish recordings and notes from bi-weekly DAO calls and community product discussions to keep members informed
• Expand the Builder Knowledge Base, now integrated into the Nouns Builder docs, with ongoing collaboration from the Tech Pod
• Track proposals and progress in the Builder DAO Dashboard
• Assist DAO members with proposal writing, review, and submission
• Update and maintain Builder DAO’s analytics by forking and consolidating the Dune dashboards(1)(2) in a new dashboard which will be kept up to date

Mission Alignment

Builder DAO’s mission is to build and maintain accessible, open-source DAO infrastructure as a public good. This role directly supports that mission by fostering community engagement, improving contributor onboarding, and ensuring that both protocol users and DAO participants have access to the tools, information, and support they need to thrive.

Funding Request

• Ask: 1 ETH and 1 Builder DAO token per month for 6 months
• Total: 6 ETH and 6 Builder DAO tokens
