This proposal is for continuation of the BuilderDAO Community Resident (Prof Werder) for April and May, 2024 (retro)

Previous prop was for January, February and March. BuilderDAO was still in transition to Base in April and renewal prop was delayed. During the past five months I completed the following:

• Supported the Bali launch and L2 migration by working with the techpod and DAO members to ensure a smooth transition.
• Worked with the various DAOs to assist with L2 transitions, including executing Lil Toadz props and all of BuilderDAO's props to move to Base.
• Organized and executed 2 Prop Houses: managed the pre-Base move prop house and the Base grants prop house including launch, execution and promotion. Waiting on clearance for one more DAO to finalize last payment.

• Eth Denver: promoted BuilderDAO and Nouns Builder on a Gitcoin panel and at various side events.
• FarCon: coordinated the prop and execution of it for FarCon including support for FarHack, ordering and organizing deliver of purple noggles with BuilderDAO stickers on packaging, distributed noggles at FarCon as well as ensured promotion of Builder on Matcha's GM Farcaster banner. Also coodinated and self funded a "show your noggles" round in the Warpcast /builder channel.
• Consensus: served on a Nouns Panel with the Stoopid Buddy team re: the Nouns documentary and had a chance to shout out Builder, Purple, the Park, Yellow & others.
• Proposed and executed administrative props for BuilderDAO including the L2 migration, threshold adjustment, restarting auctions.
• Continued to promote BuilderDAO and Nouns Builder in various media/podcasts including UFO's "Still Here," ZeroPod and GM Farcaster.
• Warpcast channel: Moderation changed for the /builder channel so this has been updated to use automod and to allow for anyone with a BuilderDAO token to automatically be moved to Main.
• Discord: we've had many challenges with spam and added automod to assist in blocking certain words in the profile name and in posts. This has been helping.
• Continued supporting the community via Discord, BuilderDAO channel on Warpcast, Office Hours, DAO meetings and IRL activations, including numerous dm's. I also delegated to two different proposers to allow them to put props up.
