This proposal is for continuation of the BuilderDAO Community Resident (Prof Werder) for June, July & August 2024 and to bring on assistance by Satori.

This next extension will be a bit different as it will transition some duties to Satori due to changing priorities for Prof Werder. For the next three months, Prof will focus on:

• Overseeing all community activites and activations.
• Prop House substitution: using rounds or other grant platform, to distribute the remaining 5 eth from Base for Base DAOs, with a focus on having them create an activation for onchain summer. Prof will design and execute this process.
• Work with BuilderDAO members to determine better member benefits and incentives via discussions and surveys.
• Implement at least 2 member focused benefits or activations.
• Launch a game using Nouns Builder (yes, this is ready and will be implemented for onchain summer)
• Seek out opportunities to showcase Nouns Builder at IRL events (e.g. FWB Fest, Nouns Fest) as well as in media (podcasts, spaces, etc)
• Assist with the Zora transition
• Make purple noggles available for member events. Management shipping of noggles for these events and to individual members.
• Continue to hold weekly office hours in the Discord, currently Tuesdays 2 pm ET to surface other issues and provide a regular time for voice chat.

Beginning with this prop, Satori (DAO member and newsletter coordinator) will come on board as a second community resident and will take on some of the tasks. The day to day tasks of the Community Residents will be divided as follows:

• SATORI: Take over primary management of the Builder Community discord, including re-implementation of a support ticket system and check channels daily.
• SATORI: once availble, take over primary promotion on Twitter and Warpcast, sharing DAO stories and announcements
• SATORI: take over BotFrens and use for sharing content about BuilderDAO, Nouns Builder and nounish DAOs. Update the current rotation of DAO Facts and ensure all notifications are working properly.
• PROF & SATORI: answering questions and directing support issues in Discord, Warpcast and Twitter, and via dm's.
• PROF: continued management and recording of DAO calls (with Satori or Patti filling in if needed), creating channels for prop discussions and idea generation, and fostering DAO conversations.
• PROF: continue meeitng with Patti weekly to sync on DAO issues and challenges.

Builder DAO is dedicated to the creation and development of free and accessible DAO infrastructure as a public good.
