I'm supportive of Neokry being compensated to continue building Builder, but if Zora is indeed curtailing it's dev support of this project, the first engineering hire at BuilderDAO should be laser focused on achieving PMF, not doing twitter spaces. Would prefer to see this resubmitted with that focus.

I think having a resident engineer is a good way to kickstart the process of having great builders come to Nouns Builder

I see this as semi retroactive for what he has continuously provided. He is overqualifed for this position and this is a great investment for builder

Public Goods need Stewards. I’m excited about nouns.build going Open Source and think Neokry is a perfect fit to help us manage that process and coordinate with the open source developer community

we need more builders. there's loads of low hanging fruit that neokry can settle. setting us up for smoother contributions in future (eg. improved proposal ui)

It will be great to have Neokry during the Nouns Builder transition to open source. I also believe this residency will be a good experiment for the DAO.
